The minimum stay is seven nights.
The rate (year 2024) for 7 nights is in:
July, August and first half of Sept. : € 2.950,--
June and second half of September : € 2.600,--
April, May and October : € 2.350,--
November up to March : € 1.850,--
✓ If your stay coincides with Easter, Pentecost or the Christmas Holidays,
there is an extra charge of € 150,-- on top of the above mentioned prices.
✓ In the rates mentioned above is included: bedding, one bath towel, one large
towel and two small towels per person.
✓ For the end cleaning after your departure, you pay € 150,--.
✓ When you arrive at the vila, you will be welcomed by our vila manager,
Mr. Sebastian Slijkoord or an assistant.
They will also explain the vila to you.
If you want already their assistance on the airport, for example to help
you rent a car, this is also possible, but you must ask this before you leave.
✓ Extra cleaning during your stay or towel exchange is possible, you can ask
for this by our villa management. These expenses are for your account.
✓ On arrival a deposit of € 500,-- has to be paid in cash.
✓ At the time of your reservation, 25% of the total amount has to be paid
within one week. The remaining 75% has to be paid for, no later than
2 months before your arrival date.
✓ Reservations are subject to our General Conditions (in Dutch).
✓ For a stay shorter than 7 days, or possible last-minute offers,
we advise you to contact us by phone.
✓ Pets are only allowed on request, there are specific conditions for them.
